Return / Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings or body jewellery for hygienic reasons
We offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email or post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt.
Once we receive the purchase back we will issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead.
Postage costs on the original order are not refunded. A refund will then be issued within 30 days.
This Guarantee does not apply to earrings or body jewellery.
Please ensure you order the correct ring size as we cannot exchange or refund for wrongly ordered sizes.
You must send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the item/s to us, We therefore suggest you send the item/s back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery.
This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item was received damaged, faulty or incorrectly).
All items must be returned to us in the same resalable condition they were sent to you in.
Returned items must arrive back with us within 10 days of receipt.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 days of receipt and arrange to post back to us. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact us first for a returns number. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
If an item is not in stock we will aim to notify you within 48 hours, whereby we will offer you the choice of - putting the item onto back-order to be dispatched as soon as it comes back into stock, a refund for the item or the chance to choose an alternative item instead.
If your purchase is returned by the Post Office because you did not collect it after an attempted delivery or because you gave incorrect address details we will be happy to re-post it back to you at your cost, if you decide you do not want the item/s to be resent as you no longer require them we will be happy to refund you your purchase price only and not the inital postage costs paid.
Please Note: Overseas orders due to excessive delivery charges on orders weighing over 2kg, a higher charge may be applied other than that stated at checkout. We will always contact you to notify you, at which point you can still cancel your order should you wish to.

We do offer a next working day courier service for UK Mainland addresses - this costs £8.95
(providing order is placed by 11am - Monday - Friday)
International Delivery For European Destinations - Delivery costs start at £7.95 per order.
For USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Delivery costs start at £14.95 per order (£12.46 Tax Free).

Delivery time within the UK is usually 3 to 5 working days from order, and International is 10 to 14 working days from order.
Please note that whilst we will dispatch an item promptly it is out of our hands as to when the mail service will deliver your item and as such we will not be responsible for the date it is delivered
In the unlikely event that one of the items purchased is not available for immediate dispatch we will advise you of a dispatch date.
Please Note - We can only ship orders to the billing address of the credit/debit card used for payment for security purposes. If you require an alternative delivery address please contact us, this may be considered at our discretion
