UK Delivery

We normally dispatch orders within 1-2 Business working days of the order being placed, this can occasionally be longer during peak times.

Postage costs are as follows

£3.95 per order for Standard 2nd class post - Delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days from dispatch
£5.95 for Premium 1st Class post - Delivery is usually 1 to 3 working days from dispatch

Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over £45

We do offer a next working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses - at a cost of £9.95 (providing order is placed by 12.15 pm Monday - Friday)

We are pleased to now offer a 2 day day delivery service for UK mainland addresses - at a cost of £7.50 (providing order is placed by 4 pm Monday - Friday)

International Delivery

For European Destinations - Delivery costs start at £13.95 per order.
For USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Delivery costs start at £19.95 per order

Please Note: due to excessive delivery charges on overseas orders weighing over 2 kg, a higher charge may be applied other than that stated at checkout. We will always contact you to notify you, at which point you can still cancel your order should you wish to.

Delivery time within the UK is usually 3 to 5 working days from order, and International is usually 10 to 14 working days from order. These times may be longer at Seasonal times such as Christmas.

I love these mats, bought some from my local garden centre and wanted to buy some more but they had sold out. They are sturdy and easy to clean. I have also bought the coasters to match.

Nice for Christmas

Arrived a day late than expected time after paying for 2 day delivery. These were the best price online I could find including Amazon. As a last minute purchase for the Christmas table it was touch and go if they would arrive on time. They did.
The item is very nice to look at. They are not very heavy (possibly MDF) and are cork backed. Not every one was 100% flat when placed on a glass table and a few shifted easily. However on a table cloth they were fine. As noted by other buyers... if they get wet they stain. We had an accident and a glass of wine was knocked over, The edges of the mats presumably MDF are porous and absorbed some of the wine before it could be wiped up. This became visible under the laminate when looking from the front. It appears as a stain just at the edge, that we hoped would disappear when dried , it didn't.
Be mindful that in this regard the mats are not water tight or particularly robust. However, if you're careful and bring them out once a year or infrequently, at this price they served their purpose and looked nice around the table. I'd recommend buying a few extra to replace those that may get stained.

I note you said your order arrived late despite paying for 2 day courier.

Your order was placed on the evening of 19th December at 7.35pm (Our cut of time is 4pm) and was shipped next day 20th December and was actually delivered 21st December at 10:41 am - 1 working day early, your estimated delivery was 22nd December, which meant you actually recieved Next working day.

The Placemats are corked back and on the the packaging it says do not submerge in water, and wipe clean only, this would be the same with spilling liquid on them, cork will expand.
