If any item is not quite what you required, then just notify us by email using the contact us link is at the bottom of this page (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt.
Once we have received your purchase back, We will either issue you with a refund or if you prefer an exchange for something else instead. If a refund is requested this will be issued within 30 days of return.
Please ensure items are returned back to us in perfect condition and packaged securely, You will only be eligible for a refund or replacement once we have received the goods back and confirmed they are in re-saleable condition.
This guarantee does not apply to earrings or body jewellery for hygienic reasons.
You must send items back via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit that are returned to us. It is your responsibility to return the items back to us in the same resalable condition they were received in, We cannot refund for items returned damaged in transit or have been used.
Return postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item was received damaged, faulty, or incorrectly). If your order was sent postage free, we reserve the right to deduct Standard postage costs before your refund.
Returned items must arrive back to us within 14 days of authorisation.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please inform us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return to us. We will provide you with a return postage label. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.
If your purchase is returned by the Post Office because you did not collect it after an attempted delivery or because you gave incorrect address details we will be happy to re-post it back to you at your cost, if you decide you do not want the item/s to be resent as you no longer require them we will be happy to refund you your purchase price only and not the initial postage costs paid.
If an item ordered is not in stock, we will aim to notify you within 48 hours, whereby we will offer you the choice of either putting the item onto back-order to be dispatched as soon as it comes back into stock, a refund for the item or the option to choose an alternative item instead.

We normally dispatch orders within 1-2 Business working days of the order being placed, this can occasionally be longer during peak times.
Postage costs are as follows
- £3.95 per order for Standard 2nd class post - Delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days from dispatch
- £5.95 for Premium 1st Class post - Delivery is usually 1 to 3 working days from dispatch
Standard Delivery is FREE on orders over £45
We do offer a next working day delivery service for UK mainland addresses - at a cost of £9.95 (providing order is placed by 12.15 pm Monday - Friday)
We are pleased to now offer a 2 day day delivery service for UK mainland addresses - at a cost of £7.50 (providing order is placed by 4 pm Monday - Friday)
- For European Destinations - Delivery costs start at £13.95 per order.
- For USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Delivery costs start at £19.95 per order
Please Note: due to excessive delivery charges on overseas orders weighing over 2 kg, a higher charge may be applied other than that stated at checkout. We will always contact you to notify you, at which point you can still cancel your order should you wish to.
Delivery time within the UK is usually 3 to 5 working days from order, and International is usually 10 to 14 working days from order. These times may be longer at Seasonal times such as Christmas.
Please note that whilst we will dispatch an item promptly it is out of our hands as to when the mail service will deliver your item and as such we will not be responsible for the date it is delivered
In the unlikely event that one of the items purchased is not available for immediate dispatch we will advise you of a dispatch date.
Please Note - We can only ship orders to the billing address of the credit/debit card used for payment for security purposes. If you require an alternative delivery address please contact us, this may be considered at our discretion
We occasionally offer pre orders for items on our website.
If an item is a pre order, we will advise an estimated delivery date, on some occasions this date may change through no fault of our own.
If you decide to cancel a pre order there will be a charge of £10 per item cancelled from the pre order.

Then once the item arrives into stock we automatically dispatch your order to you.
